No card information is stored, and all transactions are SSL encrypted.

We currently deliver to the USA and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

We do not offer international shipping beyond these regions.

  • European & US Orders: Delivered by EMS Datapost within 1-3 business days after processing.

    • EU Shipping: €12

    • US Shipping: €18

    • Free shipping for orders over €250.

  • Cyprus Orders: Handled by ACS within 1-3 business days.

    • Shipping Cost: €3

    • Free for orders over €100.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Processing may take up to 48 hours. Customers receive email updates with tracking details once an order is shipped.

RETURNS

Conditions for returns:

  • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Worn, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.

  • Final Sale items are non-returnable.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. A confirmation email is sent upon processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time for processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
